Stoov raised € 300.000 from MKB & Technofonds Flevoland.
Climate-KIC start-up Stoov, the producer of sustainable heating cushions, secures €300,000 growth investment from the MKB & Technofonds Flevoland and an informal investor.
This investment is used for further international growth and optimization of the supply chain. Stoov, founded by Teun van Leijsen, focused until 2017 mainly on making heated restaurant terraces more sustainable with energy-efficient wireless heat cushions. Due to the continued success and increasing consumer demand, Stoov expanded in 2017 to the consumer market. This has doubled the company’s growth year on year.
The company has sold more than 15,000 products since its inception, of which more than half of the turnover comes from abroad.
